For Case Managers

Case Managers are at the center of care delivery for patients.  They serve as a patient advocate and resource as well as providing critical information and recommendations to the rest of the care team: physicians, surgeons, nurses, administrators, benefits coordinators, employers and family caregivers.  In this role they break down silos, open up new efficient paths for health care delivery and ensure the adequate utilization of resources, all while focusing on the primary goal: effective care of the patient.

NeoSpine, a Division of Symbion understands the difficult challenges case managers face.  We believe our facility model, reimbursement structure and patient outcomes are solutions to the employer’s union, worker’s compensation and auto health care delivery systems.  We’ve designed specific deliverables around the needs and obstacles of the case management groups we’ve consulted with.  These solutions include aligning our programs with each industry’s goals or plans, transparency with regard to reporting key metrics we measure on a monthly basis and employer education programs focused on ergonomics, safety and lifting as well as recognizing chronic worker pain symptoms to avoid further injury or risk.
